2026 Spring Festival - JB (PD 1) ONLY
Help Transporting Instruments to Fairgrounds
5:30 PM ~ 6:30 PM
We are asking for some Parent/Guardian volunteers to help with transporting musical istruments over to the St. Mary's County Fairgrounds to prepare for the Jazz Band Performance

Spring Concert--WE, SB, & CB ONLY
Tuxedo Washers (10 Jackets)
7:30 PM ~ 8:00 PM
Cold water - Normal dry. No need to iron if immediately removed from the dryer. Wet towel for 15 minutes to eliminate wrinkles and the need for ironing (optional); usually isn't necessary. Pants from one ensemble laundered at once. No need to worry about jackets unless they smell

Help raise money for the Band Program by selling some light refreshments before and during the Spring Concert! Please note you may be asked to assist with carrying items like drinks and snacks.

Banquet Setup
12:00 PM ~ 3:00 PM
You will be helping go to the Tech Center during the afternoon to help setup the space for the banquet during the evening. Mostly doing decor items.

8:00 PM ~ 9:00 PM
You will be primarily helping with breaking down everything, mostly decor, after the banquet, and helping transport items back the LHS.
